Dan has over two decades of experience in leadership, management, human resources, adult education, employee and team development, coaching, and project management within multiple industries. He has a proven track record of increasing organizational capabilities by creating, customizing, redesigning, implementing, facilitating, and measuring global leadership development and talent management initiatives. Dan focuses individual, team, and organizational energy on leveraging strengths to improve performance and deliver results.
Dan is an Operation Iraqi Freedom combat veteran with eight years of active-duty military service in the United States Army as a Multifunctional Logistics Officer (transportation), gaining experience leading soldiers in garrison and combat.
Over the course of Dan’s corporate career, he has been responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring manager and leadership development strategies, systems, practices, and programs across enterprises across the country and the globe.
Additionally, he has been instrumental in developing effective competency-based programs and team and cultural development initiatives.
Dan’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice-Law from California State University Sacramento and a Master’s degree in Human Relations – Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma. He also has three years of coursework completed toward his Doctorate in business/consulting psychology.

Dan is also an adjunct professor at Carroll University, a local private university based in Waukesha and the first and oldest in Wisconsin. He has taught business courses for nearly a decade in the School of Business, including Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, Career Management, Leadership and Personal Effectiveness, Principles of Management, Introduction to Business, and Personal Finance.
Outside of his professional efforts, Dan leads a non-profit (501c3) baseball club, the Fox River Bandits. Leading this organization has been a natural companion to his business, as baseball is a true reflection of life. He helps the club’s youth and families develop baseball and life skills such as leadership, accountability, resilience, discipline, communication, and many others.
Dan’s passions exist in helping others become the best versions of themselves by assisting them to make choices that encourage them to exercise their free will, leading to more freedom in their lives.
